About Us
Twenty-eight years in one business, from a single room in Dhaka to four offices across two continents.
Honest Guidance, From the First Conversation
To give every Bangladeshi student a clear, truthful assessment of what their academic and financial profile can realistically achieve — and then to prepare the documentation that gets them there.
Many families arrive with a single destination already fixed. The easy course for any consultancy is to agree, collect the fee and leave the embassy to deliver the verdict months later. We take the opposite view: a candid assessment at the start is worth more than an application built on hope.
Every engagement therefore begins with the same three commitments, before any agreement is signed.
Setting a Standard Families Can Verify
A Bangladesh in which choosing a study-abroad consultant is an informed decision a family can check — not a risk it must accept on trust.
A student in Dhaka can now find a hundred agencies in an afternoon, each offering similar promises on a similar website. There is rarely a simple way to confirm which of them are registered, which answer to a professional body, or which will still be operating when the student graduates.
No single firm can change that alone. What we can do is make ourselves fully verifiable, and publish the information many agencies choose to leave out.
The Problem Has Changed. The Question Has Not.
A student applying abroad from Dhaka had almost no way to check anything. There was no ranking site, no forum, and no means of knowing whether the adviser had ever placed a student anywhere. Families committed their savings on the strength of a signboard.
The shortage of information has been replaced by an excess of it — most of it marketing. A student can find a hundred agencies in an afternoon, and every one of them makes the same promises in the same language.
What has not changed is the question a parent needs answered: if this goes wrong, who is accountable?
Don’t Take Our Word. Check It.
Any agency can put logos on a website. Here is how a family can confirm who we are in a single afternoon — without having to ask us.

If we fall short, you are not relying on us to put it right. Each body we belong to runs its own complaints process, and a complaint there carries real consequences for us.

Registering abroad meant accepting the tax filings, compliance and legal exposure of two more countries. We did it so a student who has already landed still has somewhere local to call.
Dhaka
The first office opens in Dhaka. Applications go out on paper, and a reply takes months.
Chittagong
A second office opens in Chittagong, so students outside Dhaka no longer travel for every signature.

Registered as a sole proprietorship, Business ID 300441078 — a local presence for students already landed.

“I would rather lose a client in the first meeting than let a student lose a year to a refusal.”
I opened our first office in Dhaka in 1998, in a single room, at a time when a family sending a child abroad had little to go on beyond a signboard and a promise. Much has changed since then. The conversation that matters most has not — it is still the first one.
That is where I ask the questions a family would often rather not hear: whether the funds will genuinely clear, whether the grades will reach the programme, whether the country they have set their heart on is the right one. My training as a Certified Fraud Examiner taught me to read a file the way a visa officer does. Most refusals from Bangladesh come down to a document problem rather than a weak student — and that is precisely the kind of problem we can resolve before it ever reaches an embassy.
Every difficult case still crosses my desk before it is submitted. We registered in Canada and the United States, joined bodies with the power to remove us if we fall short, and published our registration numbers, because a parent trusting us with their savings deserves to be able to check. If you take one thing from this page, let it be this: ask us the hard question first. You will get an honest answer.
Four Things We Do Differently
Most of what separates one consultancy from another is not on a brochure. These are the parts you only find out about after you have signed.
We shortlist countries, not just universities
Before any application we work out which two or three destinations fit your budget, your field and your grades. A refusal in one country should not end your year.
We tell you when a plan will not work
If your funds will not clear a blocked account, or your CGPA will not reach a programme, you hear it in the first session — not after the fee is paid.
One consultant owns your file
You are not passed between desks. The person who assesses your profile is the person who prepares your visa file and briefs you before departure.
We are still there after you land
Our Ontario and Wyoming registrations exist so that students already abroad have somewhere to call about a permit, a transfer or a work question.
